We’ve all heard the term self-care. But what does self-care/self-love really mean? Self-care are the actions we take to improve our health. We can be working to improve our mental, emotional or physical health. It can include eating healthy, exercising, enjoying nature, taking a bubble bath to clear our minds. There are so many ways we can practice self-care.
